Store Card - Key information

Details about your Store Card’s £20 Debenhams Voucher, APRs, payments, our No Quibble Returns Guarantee and terms and conditions.

You will be considered for both a Debenhams Credit Card and a Debenhams Store Card. If you are accepted, the type of card offered will depend on your personal circumstances.

Store Card privileges

10% discount in cafés & restaurants

10% discount is on food and drink items purchased in Debenhams cafés and restaurants when you pay with a valid Debenhams Store Card. Discount is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Cafés and restaurants are available in selected stores only, check your local store for details.

No quibble returns

Returned goods must be unused, unaltered or unworn with original packing and returned within 28 days from your Store Card purchase date. Full receipt and Store Card must be presented along with returned item. See in store for more details.

Free additional card

Additional cardholders must be aged 18 and over. They will share your account and credit limit. You'll be responsible for all use and payments of the additional Card by the additional cardholder and you'll have one record of all transactions made on the card. To apply, call 0871 522 5050. (Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extra. Calls may be recorded and monitored for training and security purposes. Lines open Monday to Sunday 8am to 9pm.)

Store Card Cash advances

If you use your Store Card to obtain cash at a cash point or at a till point in store we will charge a fee of 3% on the amount of each cash transaction. Cash advances at till points are discretionary and subject to authorisation.
