Store Card privileges
10% discount in cafés & restaurants
10% discount is on food and drink items purchased in Debenhams cafés and restaurants when you pay with a valid Debenhams Store Card. Discount is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Cafés and restaurants are available in selected stores only, check your local store for details.
No quibble returns
Customers using a Debenhams Store Card are entitled to receive either an exchange or refund on any item in a fully resaleable condition returned to us, with proof of purchase, within 28 days. This includes items reduced by 50% or more. For concession items, the relevant concession department must be trading in the Debenhams store or Desire by Debenhams store in which the refund is to be processed to obtain an exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights, including under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended). We reserve the right to withdraw or vary the terms; see in store or online for more details.
Earn more rewards with an additional card
Additional Card holders must be 18 and over, reside at your address and be an immediate family member. You’ll be responsible for all use and payments of the card by the additional cardholder and you’ll have record of transactions made on the card. To apply, call 0871 522 5050*. Call cost 10p per minute plus network extras. Calls may be recorded and monitored for training and security purposes. Please note that as the primary cardholder you will be responsible for the use and payment on your card.
Store Card Cash advances
If you use your Store Card to obtain cash at a cash point or at a till point in store we will charge a fee of 3% on the amount of each cash transaction. Cash advances at till points are discretionary and subject to authorisation.
