If your card is lost, stolen or defrauded, call our 24/7 service on 0845 470 0145.
For general assistance, contact Customer Services on 0906 734 1430 between 8am-5pm from Monday to Friday, and 9am-5pm on Saturdays.
General enquiries (operator assisted calls) will be charged at £1 a minute from fixed phone line accounts, and you'll need the permission of the bill payer before calling.
