What's the difference between a Debenhams MasterCard and a Debenhams Store Card?
With a Debenhams MasterCard you can pay for goods at over 24 million places around the world, and you collect Reward Points every time you use it. The Debenhams Store Card is no longer being issued to new card applicants, but existing customers can use their Store Card as usual and earn points too.
How do I apply for a Debenhams MasterCard?

When can I start using my Debenhams MasterCard?
Once you have completed your application, your Debenhams MasterCard will be sent to you within ten working days (subject to approval). When it arrives you must call us to activate it on 0800 915 2205 (This call will be charged at 5 pence per minute plus your phone company’s access charge. Calls may be recorded and monitored for training and security purposes. Lines are open Monday to Sunday 8am to 9pm).
How many Reward Points will I earn each time I use my Debenhams MasterCard?
You'll earn 3 points for every £1 you spend on your Debenhams MasterCard at Debenhams, and 1 point for every £2 spent anywhere else*. Your Debenhams MasterCard is accepted at over 24 million places around the world. The more you use your Debenhams MasterCard, the more Reward Points you'll earn. Use your Debenhams MasterCard for everyday things like shopping or filling up the car to bigger expenses like holidays, and see how quickly your Reward Points add up.
How often will I receive Reward Vouchers?
Every 3 months we'll automatically convert the Reward Points you've collected by spending on your Debenhams MasterCard into Reward Vouchers. Your Reward Vouchers can be used to treat yourself to whatever you want at Debenhams, when you pay with your Debenhams MasterCard. Reward Vouchers are sent out in January, April, July and October, so keep an eye out for them in the post.
Can points be earned on a Debenhams Store Card?
Yes. Debenhams Store Cardholders can now earn 3 points for every £1 you spend on your Debenhams Store Card in store and online at Debenhams. The more you use your Debenhams Store Card, the more Reward Points you'll earn.
Can I view my Debenhams Card account online?
Yes. You can view your Debenhams Card account online, make payments and contact Customer Services through the account management area of Debenhams Personal Finance. Just make sure you're registered with us first (once you've registered you'll receive your details and password via email within 24 hours).
If you supplied us with your email address when applying for your Debenhams Credit / Store Card online then we have already registered you, just use the temporary password we emailed you.
Why does the account management service sign me off after a period of inactivity?
For your security we log you out of the account management area after 10 minutes of inactivity. We do this to protect you from unauthorised access to your account details if your computer is left unattended.
How do I make an enquiry about my account?

Will you change my interest rate?
In the future we may decide to change your interest rate, this may be due to your account performance or perhaps changes to the UK economy. In these circumstances we will inform you of any changes by post. What should I do if my Debenhams Card is lost, stolen or used fraudulently?
If your Card has been lost or stolen you should report it to us immediately on our Lost and Stolen Card Helpline - 0844 411 1822 (This call will be charged at 5 pence per minute plus your phone company’s access charge. Calls may be recorded and monitored for training and security purposes. Lines are open Monday to Sunday 8am to 9pm). We will stop all transactions and will arrange for a replacement card to be sent to you as soon as possible.
What should I do if I receive a suspicious or fraudulent email about my card?
