Gold Card eligibility

Debenhams Gold Store Card and Gold Credit Card eligibility is subject to status and by invitation only. Gold Card privileges are available when you use your Debenhams Card regularly, so some cardholders may not be eligible to become a Gold cardholder. Debenhams Retail PLC reserve the right to withdraw or amend cardholder privileges at any time.

Gold Card Free delivery

Free delivery applies to purchases made with your Debenhams Gold Store Card or Gold Credit Card at debenhams.com using the promotion code provided in your Welcome Pack. This offer is not available on gift vouchers, flowers, wine, personalised wedding stationery, wedding gift lists and financial services. 20% discount in cafés and restaurants

20% discount is on food and drink items purchased in Debenhams cafés and restaurants with your Debenhams Gold Store Card or Gold Credit Card. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

VIP Personal Shopper Service

Complimentary glass of wine for yourself and a maximum of 1 guest upon presentation of your Debenhams Gold Store Card or Gold Credit Card. Alcohol will not be offered to anybody under 18 years of age.

Gold Card lounges and lockers

Lounges and secure lockers are available in selected Debenhams stores for Gold Card holders and a maximum of two guests when you present your Debenhams Gold Store Card or Credit Card to a member of staff. Terms and conditions apply and are available in Gold lounges.
