Your £20 Debenhams Voucher

The £20 Debenhams voucher will arrive with your new card 8-10 days after your application has been successful. The voucher can only be used in Debenhams Stores. Selected departments, products and services (in particular certain concessions, Financial services, Gift cards and vouchers) are excluded. Please ask in store for further details.

Reward Points

Reward points are earned by Debenhams Credit Card holders only. Vouchers are issued on a quarterly basis with your Debenhams Credit Card statement and are valid for 3 months. For full details, see the loyalty terms and conditions in your Debenhams Credit Card Welcome Pack.

10% discount in cafés & restaurants

10% discount is on food and drink items purchased in Debenhams cafés and restaurants when you pay with a valid Debenhams Credit Card. Discount is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Cafés and restaurants are available in selected stores, check your local stores for details.

0% for 12 months applies to balance transfers made to your card within 6 weeks of opening your account. The balance transfer fee is 2.99%; once the balance transfer has been processed, this fee cannot be returned, even if you change your mind. You cannot transfer balances from another card with the same retailer branding as the one to which you wish to transfer the balance. The 0% offers may be withdrawn if you fail to make repayments on time and/or exceed your credit limit. At the end of the 0% period, if you haven't paid off the amount of the balance transfer in full, or in the event that the 0% offer is withdrawn, interest will become payable on the remaining amount at your then current standard balance transfer rate. Only UK storecard and credit card balances held in the account holder’s name may be transferred and all transfers are subject to our approval. You can transfer any amount from £100 up to 95% of your available credit limit. All or part of the balance(s) requested will be transferred subject to your available credit limit. A balance transfer can take up to 5 working days to be completed. You should continue making monthly repayments to your existing card provider, until the transfer shows on your account with them. After a balance transfer has been processed, you cannot cancel it and the fee cannot be refunded to you. The fee will be shown on your monthly statement following the transfer. Balance transfers will not be processed until after you have activated the card. We reserve the right to withdraw these offers at any time.

No quibble returns

Returned goods must be unused, unaltered or unworn with original packing and returned within 28 days from purchase date. Full receipt and card must be presented along with returned item. See in store for more details.

Free additional card

Additional Credit Card holders must be aged 18 and over. They will share your account and credit limit. You'll be responsible for all use and payments of the card by the additional cardholder and you'll have one record of all transactions made on the card. To apply, call 0871 522 5050. Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras. Calls may be recorded and monitored for training and security purposes. Lines open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm.

Cash advances

If you use your Debenhams Credit Card to obtain cash at a cash point or at a till point in store we will charge a fee of 3% on the amount of each cash transaction. Debenhams Credit Card cash advances at till points are discretionary and subject to authorisation.

If you apply for a Debenhams Card online you will be considered for both a Debenhams Store Card and a Debenhams Credit Card. If you are accepted, the type of card offered will depend on your personal circumstances.
